How to improve the accuracy of test data by adjusting the tensile testing machine
The tensile signal of the tensile testing machine can be calibrated by two methods: a standard measuring instrument or an electrical calibration. In essence, the measurement circuit is adjusted for calibration. The measurement accuracy of the standard tensile testing machine is generally up to 0.15%, which is connected to the force sensor of the tensile testing machine. First, adjust the phase balance and the coarse balance and fine balance of the width value in the measurement circuit to make the current output zero. Then load slowly. When the tensile testing machine reaches the force value of the standard dynamometer, the value displayed by the force sensor and the common amplifier circuit is the full load range. Adjust the magnification of the measuring amplifier so that the voltage value is the standard value, such as 10v. Use this as the standard voltage. After unloading and re-examining several times, the calibration of the full scale is completed, and the linearity check of a certain proportion of the scale is performed.
The same tensile testing machine has different gains in different control states and different tests. The relevant parameters must be adjusted according to the requirements of accuracy and width. The operator must continuously adjust the relevant parameters according to the test requirements to achieve excellent performance. Adjustment methods can be divided into fixed adjustment methods and activity adjustment methods
1. Fixed adjustment method: select a part as an adjustment part (such as washers, washers, bushings, etc.). Determine the size of the adjustment piece according to the installation accuracy to meet the requirements of installation accuracy. For example, in order to ensure that the worm wheel and the worm in the lifting tissue of the tensile machine are on the same central plane, an adjustable pad is often used to adjust the direction of the worm wheel.
2. Movable adjustment method: change the direction of the adjustment piece to meet the installation accuracy requirements. For example, in the thread gap elimination organization of the pressure tensile machine, the bandage pressure is adjusted with a rotating screw to achieve the effect of eliminating the thread gap.
