How does the microbial aerosol cabinet test the antibacterial performance of home appliances?
More and more home appliances have added antibacterial and sterilization performance. How to use microbial aerosol cabinets for antibacterial testing has become a difficult problem for every enterprise. The following will tell you how to use microbial aerosol cabinets for home appliance antibacterial and sterilization tests.
Test equipment: microbial aerosol cabinet
Equipment model: HYQW-1
Manufacturer: Huanyi Instrument
Reference test standard: GB21551.2-2010
Test steps for antibacterial properties of household appliances:
1. Sterilization of articles: Before the test, the cover film, the test sample and the control sample should be soaked in 70% ethanol solution, rinsed with sterile water after 1 min, and dried naturally. If it is not suitable for samples treated with disinfectant, it can be directly rinsed with sterile water. Other utensils used in the test can be sterilized by high temperature moist heat or dry heat;
2. Place the test sample and control sample in a sterilized plate;
3. Take 0.2 mL of the bacterial suspension for the test and add it to the test sample and the control sample respectively; do 3 parallel tests for each group of samples;
4. Use sterilized tweezers to pick up the sterilization cover film to cover the test sample and the control sample respectively, spread it out, so that the bacterial liquid evenly contacts the sample, cover the top of the plate, at (37±1)℃, relative humidity RH>90 Cultivated under % conditions (24 main 1) h;
5. Take out the samples cultured for (24±1) h, add 20 mL of eluent respectively, wash the test sample, control sample and cover film repeatedly, after fully spreading, dilute the eluent in gradient and inoculate it on nutrient agar medium In (NA), after culturing at (37±1) ℃ for 24 h~48 h, count the viable bacteria, and determine the number of viable bacteria in the eluate according to GB/T 4789.2.
