The microbial bacteria aerosol cabinet of the huanyi instrument can test whether the antibacterial, bacteriostatic and sterilizing performance of the product meets the standard requirements. The following is the working principle of the bacterial aerosol cabinet.

 

1. Turn on the power to ensure that no air exchange occurs between the air inside the cabinet and the air outside the cabinet.

 

2. Turn on the multi-function filter to make the pollutants in the cabin reach the background concentration, then close the multi-function filter, which can not only remove particulate matter, but also remove chemical pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene and ammonia, and the bacteria aerosol cabinet has a good thermal insulation effect.

 

3. Start the air stirring fan system, and at the same time turn on the temperature control system, that is, the variable frequency fan extracts the external air, according to the air inside the bacteria aerosol cabinet. When the temperature is low, the electric heater starts to heat, and when the temperature is high, the humidifier starts to cool down, keeping the temperature between 23°C and 2°C, and the humidity between 50% and 10%.

 

4. When the air inside the bacteria aerosol cabinet meets the test requirements and the temperature and humidity are stable, the pretreated pollutants (bacteria) can be injected through the sampling filling port 7. After the pollution reaches the corresponding initial concentration, the stirring fan in the air stirring fan system 3 works for another 10 minutes to make the pollutants mix more uniformly, and then turns off.

 

5. Take the initial pollutant concentration according to the sampling requirements, and then record the pollution concentration value according to the sampling time interval through the detection instrument to be tested, and the final displayed value is displayed on the upper end of the display screen.

 

6. After the test sampling is completed, in order to be able to carry out the next test, it is necessary to replace the air inside the bacteria aerosol cabinet as a whole, and open the inside of the bacteria aerosol cabinet through the buckle mechanism. The air is replaced by the exhaust system at the bottom of the bacteria aerosol cabinet, and the time for sewage discharge is determined by the test period when the concentration of pollutants in the air environment of the test cabinet is close to the background concentration or the test requirements.
