How to deal with the refrigerant leakage of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber? The refrigeration principle of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is as follows: the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity chamber inhales low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant to the exhaust pipe. gas, which powers the refrigeration cycle, thereby a refrigeration cycle of compression--condensation--expansion--evaporation (heat absorption) is realized. What should I do if the refrigerant leaks during the test?

 

First, observe the pressure gauge on the back of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to see if the pressure is within the normal range. If it is lower than the normal value, it means that the refrigerant is leaking. The refrigeration system of the high and low temperature test chamber should be checked for leaks. Enter high-pressure nitrogen into the tube, use a combination of leak detector and soapy water to check for leaks. Usually, there is only one leak, but sometimes there are multiple leaks, which are relatively rare.

 

After finding the leak, seal the leak with oxygen welding, then fill the refrigeration system with nitrogen, and keep the pressure for 48 hours. During the pressure maintaining process, it is found that the pointer of the pressure gauge has not changed, indicating that the leak has been repaired and welded normally, and nitrogen is released. The working principle of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is the same as the principle of air conditioning refrigeration. Once the refrigerant leaks, the test chamber will stop running, low temperature test and damp heat test with humidity less than 85%RH cannot be performed.
