How to calibrate the strength and speed of the tensile testing machine
Tensile testing machine is used to test the mechanical properties of various materials such as tearing and stretching. Different materials correspond to different fixtures during the test. The strength and speed of the tensile testing machine are two indicators that need to be paid special attention to during the test. Below, let's take a look at how to calibrate the strength and speed of the tensile testing machine.
1. Force value correction of tensile testing machine (tensile machine): After entering the computer program, open the calibration interface. According to the test, take a standard weight, hang it lightly on the upper fixture connector, record the power value displayed by the computer, and calculate the difference with the standard weight, the error is not more than 1%.
2. Speed correction of tensile testing machine (tensile machine):
1. First record the initial position of the machine's cross arm, and select the speed value on the control panel (use a standard ruler to measure the cross arm stroke).
2. The electronic stopwatch starts the machine, and when the stopwatch arrives, press the stop button of the machine. According to the time of the stopwatch, record the cross-arm stroke value as the speed per minute (mm/min), observe the difference between the cross-arm stroke value and the straightedge, and calculate the cross-arm stroke error value.
