1. Temperature lower limit test:
Put the sample into the test box (chamber) when it is not working, adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber) to 0°C, and after the temperature reaches a stable level, store the test sample for 2 hours, and the test sample should work normally. After the test is completed, wait for the temperature in the test box (chamber) to return to room temperature, and then take out the test sample.
2. Storage and transportation temperature lower limit test:
Put the test sample in the test box (chamber) with the smallest package, adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber) to -20℃, after the temperature reaches a stable level, store the test sample for 24h, take it out, and restore it under normal atmospheric conditions for 2h, test the sample Perform appearance and performance inspections in accordance with relevant requirements.
3. The upper temperature limit test:
Put the sample into the test box (chamber) when it is not working, adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber) to 40℃, and after the temperature reaches a stable level, store the test sample for 2h, and the test sample should work normally. After the test is completed, wait for the temperature in the test box (chamber) to return to room temperature, and then take out the test sample.
4. Storage and transportation temperature upper limit test:
Put the test sample into the test box (chamber) with the smallest package. Adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber) to 40℃. After the temperature is stable, store the test sample for 24 hours. After taking it out, place it under normal atmospheric conditions to recover for 2 hours. Appearance and performance inspections are required for relevant requirements.
5. Constant heat and humidity test
The test sample is in a bare metal state, put it into the test box (chamber), adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber), set the upper limit of the test box temperature to 40℃, relative humidity to 90%, and store it for 2h after the temperature is stable. The test sample should work normally. After the test is completed, wait for the temperature in the test box (chamber) to return to room temperature, and then take out the test sample.
6. Constant damp heat test under storage and transportation conditions:
Put the test sample in the test box (chamber) with the smallest package, adjust the temperature in the test box (chamber), set the test box temperature to 60℃, relative humidity to 93%, store it for 24h after the temperature is stable, and place it under normal atmospheric conditions after taking it out After 2 hours of recovery, the test sample shall be inspected for appearance and performance according to relevant requirements.
After passing the above high and low temperature test and damp heat test, if the product can be used normally, it means that the product is qualified in terms of environmental adaptability.
