Fresh air system aerodynamic test bench
Product use:
The Fresh air system aerodynamic test bench is suitable for modular air
purifiers installed in air conditioning ventilation ducts. The target pollutants
are particulate matter, gaseous pollutants and microorganisms. This product
mainly includes three parts: the air duct system, the pollution source generating
device and the measuring device (shared with the environmental chamber
and provided by the buyer).

Product description:
The test equipment mainly includes:
①Air duct system
②Pollutant generation device (KCL solid aerosol, gaseous pollutants, microorganisms)
③Nozzle box flow measurement device
④Three-level sampling ports up and down
⑤ Pollutant concentration tester
Purpose: In the process of product development and design, the purification effect of the tested object on
various pollutants (particulate matter, toluene, formaldehyde, TVOC and other pollutants) can be quickly and
easily analyzed. Performance parameters such as air volume, resistance, and one-time efficiency can be
measured to facilitate raw material screening, product process optimization, and prototype performance.

4.2 Detection method of solid dust particles (with standard cigarette smoke as the dust source of solid pollutants): Put a certain concentration of particles at the upstream end of the test section, use smoke or potassium chloride as the dust source, and control the initial concentration of pollutants in the upstream end within the set range.Solid pollutants are expressed as the total number of particles of 0.3um or more, and the initial concentration at the upstream end is compared with the concentration attenuated at the downstream end to obtain the purification efficiency of the air purifier's smoke or dust in one pass; |
