Equipment requirements for indoor environmental test chamber for construction projects
The indoor environment test chamber of construction engineering is a device that simulates the indoor space air environment of construction engineering and is used to test the release of pollutants in building decoration materials or products. Common building factory indoor environment test chamber sizes are 1 cubic meter, 40L, 60L, 80L and other specifications to choose from.
In the environmental testing industry, it is also called 1m voc environmental chamber, 40L, 60L, 80Lvoc environmental chamber, etc.
The environmental test chamber should be equipped with air input and output facilities, which can control the air in and out of the environmental test chamber. Under controllable conditions, the air in the environmental test chamber is replaced by the air treated by the air purification equipment. The air flow in the environmental test chamber should be continuously monitored by an air flow meter, and the accuracy of the air flow meter should not be lower than 2.5%.
The air exchange rate should meet (1±0.05) times/h when the environmental test chamber is working.
Temperature and humidity performance indicators of the environmental test chamber:
1. Temperature controllable range: 20℃~25℃
2. Relative humidity controllable range: 40%~50%
3. Temperature deviation: ±1℃
4. Temperature fluctuation: ±1℃
5. Temperature uniformity: 2℃
6. Relative humidity deviation: ±3%
7. Relative humidity fluctuation: ±5%
8. Relative humidity uniformity: 5%
