Environmental test method for media gateway equipment
The media gateway is controlled by a media gateway controller, which provides call control and signaling functions. Regarding the environmental test method of media gateway equipment, there is a relevant introduction in the standard YD/T 1387.4-2008. The following is the content compiled by Xiaobian for your reference.
Reference test equipment: programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber
Test sequence for media gateway devices:
1. Room temperature-low temperature experiment
2. Room temperature - high temperature experiment
3. Room temperature - low temperature - room temperature - high temperature
4. Room temperature - low temperature and humidity - room temperature - high temperature and humidity
Precautions:
The multimedia gateway should meet the temperature variation range of its high temperature and low temperature, and the temperature variation tolerance is ±1℃. High humidity conditions: The relative humidity is 90% (+25°C).
The environmental test methods for media gateway equipment are as follows:
A. Low temperature environment test:
1. Put the device under test into the test chamber at room temperature (15℃~35℃), turn on the power supply, connect the test instrument, and record the test data after the operation is stable;
2. Start cooling, the cooling rate should not exceed 0.7℃/min;
3. When the temperature reaches 0 °C, stop cooling, wait for the equipment to stabilize, keep it for 3 hours, and test whether the indicators are normal;
4. When the temperature recovers, the device under test does not move out of the test chamber, cut off the power supply, make the device under test return to room temperature naturally, record the test data, and then move the device under test out of the low temperature test environment.
B. High temperature environment test:
1. Put the device under test into the test chamber at room temperature (15℃~35℃), turn on the power supply, connect the test instrument, and record the test data after the operation is stable;
2. Start cooling, the cooling rate should not exceed 0.7℃/min;
3. When the temperature reaches 45 °C, stop cooling, wait for the equipment to stabilize, keep it for 3 hours, and test whether the indicators are normal;
4. When the temperature recovers, the device under test does not move out of the test chamber, cut off the power supply, make the device under test return to room temperature naturally, record the test data, and then move the device under test out of the low temperature test environment.
C. High humidity environment test:
1. Put the device under test in a humidified environment at room temperature (15℃~35℃), turn on the power supply, connect the test instrument, and record the test data after the operation is stable;
2. Start humidification and control the temperature to 25°C;
3. When the relative humidity is 90%, stop the humidification. After the equipment is stable, keep it for 3 hours to test whether the indicators are normal;
4. Humidity recovery, the device under test does not move out of the high humidity test environment, cut off the power supply, make the device under test return to normal humidity conditions naturally, record the test data, and then move the device under test out of the high humidity test environment.
