5. Test steps:

a. Preparation of test chamber

Cleaning of the chamber before the test, first clean the inside wall of the chamber with alkaline detergent, then scrub it twice with deionised water or distilled water, and then dry and purify it.

Under the test conditions, clean air after purification is passed into the chamber.

Prior to the start of the test, monitor the test conditions such as temperature and humidity, airflow rate, airtightness, and the background concentration of air in the chamber should be below the detection limit of the analytical method.

The specimen under test shall be laid flat on the bottom of the chamber, blanket side up, so that the air flow passes evenly from the surface of the specimen.

b. Test time endpoint

Test specimens in the test conditions in the cabin emission duration of 24h.

c. Air sample collection method in small test chamber

Samples are taken in accordance with ISO 16017-1:2000.
