Test process |
1. Installation of UV air sterilizer to be tested: Install the ultraviolet air sterilizer to be tested in the test aerosol room, connect the power supply and confirm that it can work normally. The test operation and the operation of the instrument and equipment are carried out outside the aerosol room through a window with a sealed sleeve or a remote control. The door cannot be opened until the end of the test. 2. Test environment condition setting: The temperature (20 °C~25 °C) and relative humidity (50~70) required by the test. 3. Aerosol spray contamination: According to different aerosol sprayers set pressure, gas flow and spraying time to spray bacteria. While spraying the bacteria, stir with a fan (agitator). After spraying and contaminating the bacteria, continue to stir for 5 minutes and stand still for 5 minutes. |
