Air disinfection test is divided into laboratory test, simulated field test and field test.The characteristics of the three phases are shown in Table 2-5.

2、 Operating procedures for laboratory tests and simulated field tests

2.1 Take the test bacterial suspension, filter it with sterile absorbent cotton, and then dilute it with the nutrient broth medium to the required concentration.

2.2 Adjust the temperature and relative humidity of two air fog cabinets (or Chambers) to the required temperature and relative humidity.

2.3 Put the equipment in the air mist cabinet (or room) and close the door.Thereafter, the -cutting operation and the operation of the instrument and equipment are carried out outside the cabinet (or room) through a window or remote controller with a sealed sleeve.The door may not be opened until the test is over.

2.4 Spray the bacteria according to the set pressure, gas flow rate and spraying time.Spray and stain while stirring with a fan.After spraying and staining, continue to stir for 5min, and then stand for 5min.

2.5 At the same time, the air mist cabinet (or chamber) of the control group and the test group were sampled respectively before disinfection, serving as a positive control (i.e., the amount of contaminated bacteria) before the test of the control group and the disinfection treatment of the test group.The number of positive control bacteria in the air of the aerosol cabinet (or chamber) should be up to 5x104 cfu/m3~5x 100 cfu/m3.In the simulated field test, the air impinged sampler with six screen holes was used for sampling. During sampling, the air impinged sampler with six screen holes was placed 1m high in the central center of the cabinet (the sampling method was carried out according to the operating instructions of the sampler).During laboratory tests, samples are taken with liquid impingement samplers located in the central part of the cabinet.

2.6 Disinfection shall be carried out in the air mist cabinet (or room) of the test group according to the methods specified in the product instructions.In the control group, corresponding treatment (without disinfectant) is made simultaneously in the air fog cabinet room.

2.7 Samples shall be taken simultaneously from the test group and the control air mist cabinet (or chamber) according to the aforementioned methods until the specified time.Continue to work until di two scheduled disinfection times, and then conduct sampling again according to the above method.In this way, the samples are sampled in sections according to the action time until the specified * final action time.

2.8 In the laboratory test phase, samples collected with liquid impingent sampler were counted for viable culture according to the method shown in 2.1.1.3. The samples were cultured in a 37C incubator for 48h, and the results were observed after .

2.9 In the simulated field test stage, when sampling is carried out with a six-step air impingon sampler, the sampling plate is directly placed into a 37"C incubator for 48h. Observe the results after * and count the number of growing colonies.

2.10 After the completion of the whole test, the residual bacteria on the surface of the air mist cabinet (chamber) and in the air shall be sterilized. After the final disinfection, the ventilator shall be turned on to filter and remove the bacteria and exhaust, and the polluted air remaining in the cabinet (chamber) shall be removed, so as to prepare for the next test.
