1. based on: the standard ANSI/AHAM AC-1 test procedures and calculation formula.

 

2. Test chamber volume: 10 ½ ft. x 12 ft. x 8 ft= 1008ft3.

 

3. Instrument used: Laser particle counter. 4.

 

4. Test environment: temperature: 25±1.5, ambient temperature: 40±5 percent

 

5. Test procedure:

 

a) Clean the test chamber with an auxiliary purifier.

 

b) Inject cigarette smoke, while stirring with a fan to make a uniform distribution of smoke and dust.

 

c) Turn on the sample machine to be tested, while the laser particle counter starts sampling and recording.

 

d) The recording period is: 2 minutes to sample and record once.

 

e) End of sampling and recording after 10 times

 

f) Calculate the CADR value using the data recorded in these 10 sets.
