Solution flow chart:
S1 Build multiple flame-retardant and water-tight isolation warehouses: put a battery pack in each isolation warehouse
S2 sets the top of each isolation bin as an open opening, extends the water inlet pipe into the isolation bin from the opening, and sets an overflow pipe in each isolation bin.
S3 monitors the temperature and smoke conditions of each isolation warehouse
S4 When an abnormality occurs in the isolation warehouse, fill the isolation warehouse with water.
S5 drains water through the overflow pipe and specifically collects discharged wastewater to prevent wastewater from polluting the environment.

Design method: Set up multiple isolation warehouses that are physically isolated from each other in the container box. The circumference of the isolation warehouse is a firewall. A flame-retardant material layer is set inside each firewall. The top of each isolation warehouse is an open opening. From the opening, Extend the water inlet pipe into the isolation bin; set up an overflow pipe on each isolation bin; install a water supply pipe in the container box to supply water to the water inlet pipe of each isolation bin, and use the bottom space of the container box to collect the drainage from the overflow pipe .
