a. The radiator (condenser) of the refrigeration unit of the thermal shock test chamber should be regularly maintained and kept clean. Dust sticky condenser will trip the compressor high pressure switch and cause false alarm. The condenser should be maintained regularly and monthly. Use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust adhering to the cooling mesh of the condenser, or use a hard brush after starting the machine or blow off the dust with a high-pressure air nozzle.

 

b. When opening and closing the door or taking the test object from the furnace, do not let the object come into contact with the glue edge on the door to prevent the glue edge from being damaged and shortening its life.

 

c. The ground around and at the bottom of the fuselage should be kept clean at all times to prevent a large amount of dust from being sucked into the unit to cause accidents and reduce performance.

 

d. The refrigeration system of the thermal shock test chamber is the core of the machine. Please inspect all copper pipes for leakage once every six months. If there is any oil leakage from the joints and welding ports of the horns, please notify the company or directly deal with it.

 

e. The high-current contacts of the power distribution board should be cleaned and repaired at least once a year in the power distribution room. Loose contacts will put the entire equipment in a dangerous working state. The components may be burnt out in the light, and the fire, the alarm and the personal injury may be very dangerous in the worst case. When cleaning, just use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the indoor dust.

 

f. Please do not adjust the setting values of the two over-temperature protectors in the distribution box of the thermal shock test chamber. It has been adjusted before leaving the factory. This protection switch is used to protect the heating tube from empty burning and alarm. Set point = Temperature set point 20℃30℃.

 

g. When the thermal shock test chamber takes the product after the time of the test product, it must be in the off state and the staff must wear dry, anti-electric and temperature-resistant gloves to pick and place the product.

 

h. Cleaning and maintenance of the inside and outside of the thermal shock test chamber.


i. The internal impurities (objects) should be removed before the operation of the thermal shock test chamber.

 

j. The power distribution room should be cleaned at least once a year. When cleaning, please use a vacuum cleaner to absorb the indoor dust. The outside of the chamber must be cleaned more than once a year, just wipe it with soapy water.
