Constant temperature and humidity test chamber How do we troubleshoot the problem of compressor oil shortage
Lack of oil is one of the faults of the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber that is easy to identify. When the compressor is short of oil, there is little or no lubricating oil in the crankcase. Poor oil return will cause the compressor of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to get stuck. So how do we deal with it? Read on.
1. Evacuate the refrigeration system of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber.
2. Add R404 or R23 refrigerant, and then keep the pressure.
3. Add refrigeration oil to R404 or R23 compressor.
4. If there is no leakage in the system, and the pressure is normal, the system can be re-commissioned, so that the equipment can be cooled and run normally.
