Causes and inspection methods of refrigerant leakage in constant temperature and humidity test chamber
A. The compressor of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber inhales the low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the motor operation, and discharges the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle , so as to realize the refrigeration cycle of compression-condensation-expansion-evaporation (endothermic).
B. What should I do if the refrigerant leaks? First, observe the pressure gauge on the back of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to see if the pressure is within the normal range. If it is lower than the normal value, it means that the refrigerant leaks. The refrigeration system of the wet test chamber is used for leak detection, high-pressure nitrogen is input into the copper tube, and the leak point is checked by a combination of leak detector and soapy water.
C. The reasons for the leakage are as follows:
1. System pipeline: the copper pipe is not welded firmly when leaving the factory, with cracks, blisters, looseness, fracture, etc.;
2. Screw connection: the seal with screw is loose;
3. Rubber seal: including the aging, cracking and deformation caused by the long-term use of various rubber sealing rings and gaskets in the refrigeration system;
4. Accessories problems: including compressors, solenoid valves, expansion valves, globe valves and other accessories are not tightly pressed, worn, etc.;
5. Fixing method: It is also a common cause of refrigerant leakage.
