Background introduction of the VOC emission test box for automotive interior parts
VOC emission test box Meet the criteria first
In 2007, HJ/T400-2007 "Method for Sampling and Determination of Volatile Organic Compounds and Aldehydes and Ketones in Vehicles"
In 2009, the mandatory standard GB24409-2009 "Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Automotive Coatings" was issued
In 2009, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People's Republic of China issued the "Requirements for Concentration of Hazardous Substances in the Air of Vehicles" for soliciting comments
Requirements for the concentration of volatile organic compounds in the air inside the car
Benzene ≤0.11 (mg/m3)
Toluene ≤1.10 (mg/m3)
Xylene ≤ 1.50 (mg/m3)
Ethylbenzene ≤1.50 (mg/m3)
Styrene ≤ 0.26 (mg/m3)
Formaldehyde ≤ 0.10 (mg/m3)
Acetaldehyde ≤0.05 (mg/m3)
Acrolein≤0.05(mg/m3)
VOC emission test box Features:
The space inside the car is small and the pollution is high; the inside of the car is tightly sealed, which is not conducive to the diffusion of harmful substances;
Cars are tools of mobility, which are closely related to the external climate. It is difficult to control the large window area of the car due to factors such as temperature. When exposed to the sun for a long time, harmful substances are volatile in high temperature.
VOC emission test box testing method
1. Prepare a 1 cubic meter VOC emission climate chamber produced by the instrument
2. One dual gas path sampler and a complete set of back-end analysis instruments
3. Put samples (rubbers, fabrics, carpets, leather, plastic parts, foams, adhesives), etc., into a 1 cubic meter VOC emission climate box
4. Set temperature and humidity
5. Sampling gas
6. Analyze and detect by gas chromatography.
Cleaning and maintenance
After the machine is used, it can be set to high temperature for high temperature cleaning. When it is not used for a long time, open the door of the 1 cubic meter of VOC emission climate box, scrub with clean water, and perform high temperature cleaning after washing.
