Used in product design, improvement, appraisal and inspection. However, you must pay attention to the following situations in the high and low temperature test chamber.
1. The high and low temperature test chamber does not start.
1. Whether the power supply voltage is within the range specified in the manual, the general requirement is 380V. If it is not within the range specified in the manual, a voltage regulator or a professional electrician should be used to solve it.
2. The ambient temperature of the high and low temperature test chamber should not be lower than 5 degrees, otherwise the compressor will not start.
3. The low temperature compensation switch is not turned on, and the low temperature compensation switch fails, and the low temperature compensation heating wire cannot be turned on.
Second, the door of the high and low temperature test chamber is too hard to open.
Too much effort to open the door usually occurs in summer or rainy season. This is because there are irregular small holes on the contact surface between the door and the door cover. Moist air enters the small holes and forms condensation. When the door is closed, the condensed water drains the air from the hole, creating a negative pressure. In addition, the magnetism of the door seal and contamination of the relay can cause mixing. Attractive, so it feels hard to open the door. The elimination method is to clean the door seal regularly with soapy water to maintain good elasticity and smoothness, eliminate condensation, and apply a small amount of talcum powder to eliminate it.
Third, there are several reasons for the noise in the high and low temperature test chamber:
1. Too much refrigerating oil enters the evaporator, it will produce a gurgling bubble sound.
2. The fixing screws or nuts of the compressor condenser are loose, and the water receiving plate is loose.
3. As the pipeline is suspended for a long time, the same vibration is prone to occur when the pipeline is vibrated, and the noise is obviously increased, showing periodic fluctuations. When pressed into the vibration-prone parts, the noise is significantly reduced or eliminated. According to different situations, measures such as reinforcement, buffering, isolation, etc. can be taken, such as damping mortar, rubber sleeve, etc.
4. The abnormal noise of the cylinder is caused by the cylinder falling off, the compressor spring loose, the internal parts are severely worn, and the lubrication is poor. The capillary outlet is not smooth. Without a special capillary clamp, the outlet cannot be around 45 degrees.
5. Poor vacuum evacuation, producing grunting noise, which is manifested by uneven condenser temperature.
