Ambient temperature test method for electric vehicle DC/DC converter
Electric vehicle DC/DC converter, as a very important part of electric vehicle power system, its relevant ambient temperature test method refers to GB/T 24347-2009, which needs to be completed by constant temperature and humidity test chamber. The specific test steps are as follows.
Test steps for temperature and humidity environment of electric vehicle DC/DC converter:
1. Low temperature test:
The low temperature test of the DC/DC converter is carried out according to the relevant requirements, the test temperature is selected as -20 ℃, and the duration is not less than 2 h. During the test, the DC/DC converter was in normal working state.
2. High temperature test:
The high temperature test of the DC/DC converter is carried out according to the relevant requirements, the test temperature is selected as +60 ℃, and the duration is not less than 2 h. During the test, the DC/DC converter was in normal working state.
3. Humidity test:
The product should be subjected to 2 cycles of temperature/humidity combined cycle test between -10°C and 65°C according to relevant regulations. Each cycle is 24 h, and the changes in temperature and humidity in each cycle are shown in the figure below.
When the low temperature section is between 0°C and 45°C, the DC/DC converter should be in working condition. After the test, the product should still meet the relevant regulations. When there are requirements for product recovery conditions and measures to remove surface moisture, they shall be specified in the product standard.
