Air purifier environmental test chamber operation
The air purifier environmental test chamber is a product that meets GB/T 18801-2015 "National Standard of the People's Republic of China - Air Purifier", ANSI_AHAM_AC-1-2006 "Air Purifier Performance Test Method", and GB/T 18803-2002 indoor Test equipment for air quality standards.
Let's take a brief look at the operation and use process of the air purifier environmental test cabin. The air purifier environmental test cabin is divided into two types: glass cabin and stainless steel cabin.
1. Test sample placement
Placement: The test is carried out in a closed 30m³ test chamber, and the air purifier is placed in an appropriate position in the test chamber (that is, avoiding the air outlet, about 1.0m away from the wall, and about 1.2m higher than the test chamber), and Adjust to the working state, check that the operation is normal, and then close the prototype. Control the temperature (about 25℃) and humidity (40%~60%) of the test chamber.
2. CADR test cabin: close the cabin door, open the laser particle dust counter, open the particle generator, and enter the dust particles into the purification test cabin. After the dust is generated, the fan in the cabin is evenly stirred and used evenly. Turn off the fan, turn on the air purifier, and use full filtration to see its filtration efficiency.
3. Performance test of removing solid pollutants
Release of solid particles: Extend the lit cigarette into the test chamber to release particles. When the number of solid particles in the test chamber reaches about 220,000 (about burning half a Double Happiness cigarette), the smoke is stopped, and the test chamber is closed and the ceiling fan is turned on. Stir the smoke for 5min.
4. Purify solid particles: adjust the air purifier to the working state of the maximum wind speed, turn on the laser particle dust counter and record the changes in the number of solid particles in the test chamber through the printing function.
5. Result rating Purification efficiency (μ) range/[m³/h*W]: Grade A: μ≥0.80, Grade B: 0.60≤μ<0.80, Grade C: 0.40≤μ<0.60, Grade D: 0.20≤μ <0.40
