Air purifier cadr experimental chamber and its particle test parameters
The air purifier cadr experimental chamber is used to detect the natural attenuation test of particulate matter. Let's see how to use the CADR experimental chamber of the HYQW-30G model to do the particulate matter attenuation test.
Test equipment: air purifier CADR experimental chamber
Equipment model: HYQW-30G
Equipment manufacturer: Huanyi Instrument
The purpose of the test: mainly to test the purification efficiency test of the air purifier, such as on-hook, cabinet, and vehicle, to see whether the test performance meets the standard.
Reference standard: GB/T 18801-2015
Particulate matter natural decay test of air purifier CADR experimental chamber:
1. Place the purifier to be tested in the air purifier CADR experimental chamber. Adjust the purifier to the rated state of the test, check that the operation is normal, and then turn off the purifier;
2. Arrange the sampling points well, avoid the air inlet and outlet, the distance from the wall should be greater than 0.5m, and the height relative to the laboratory floor should be 0.5m~1.5m. One sampling head is installed at each sampling point and connected with the sampler outside the test chamber;
3. Determine the record file of the test;
4. Turn on the high-efficiency air filter to purify the air in the test chamber, so that the background concentration of particles with a particle size of more than 0.3 um is less than 1 000/L, and at the same time, start the temperature and humidity control device to make the indoor temperature and relative humidity reach the specified state;
5. When the background concentration of particulate matter is reduced to a suitable level, record the background concentration of particulate matter, close the high-efficiency air filter and humidity control device, and start the stirring fan and the circulating fan.
6. Put the standard cigarette into the cigarette burner, the smoke outlet of the cigarette is connected with a pipe passing through the test bulkhead, and the discharged smoke can be drawn into the air vortex formed by the stirring of the stirring fan. After reaching a certain amount, close the valve of the smoke conveying pipe, stir the fan for another 10 minutes, and then turn off the stirring fan after the particulate pollutants are mixed evenly; during the test, the circulating fan has been kept on;
7. After the stirring fan stops rotating, use a laser dust particle counter to measure the initial concentration C0 of particulate matter. At the beginning of the test, the particle concentration of particles above 0.3 um should be 2*10^5/L~2*10^7/L, corresponding to t=0 min during calculation;
8. After the initial concentration in the test chamber (the first sampling point of natural decay) is measured, the concentration of particulate matter is measured and recorded every 2 minutes, the second sampling starts at t=0 minutes, and the measurement is continued for 20 minutes;
9. Record the temperature and relative humidity in the test chamber during the test.
