Air purifier air volume device
Purpose and scope:
1 The use conditions, technical requirements, on-site inspection and test
rules of the air volume measurement test device and the technical
specifications of the main configuration instruments, meters and
components
2 The air volume measurement test device is an air volume test device
specially used for various types of range hoods, exhaust fans, air purifiers,
etc. The measurement principle is the obstruction-type flow measurement
principle, using a standard long-diameter low-speed nozzle as an
obstruction, and measuring the air flow through the nozzle by measuring
the static pressure difference between the two ends of the standard nozzle.
3 The measurement range of the air volume measurement test device is 80-2000
(m³/h).
4 The air volume measurement test device can be used for suction air
volume test and exhaust air volume test.

Features:
a. Device structure and appearance
1 )The overall structure is welded with steel plates, the outer welds are polished, and the inner and outer are
sprayed with gray vertical grain paint.
2)After the nozzle, there are small doors on both sides, with observation windows on the doors, and manual
box nozzle covers are used.
3) Using steel diagonal flow fan, automatic damping adjustment valve, the fan table can be separated, and
can be installed at the suction end or exhaust end of the device for suction test or exhaust test.
4) The steel integral console is used, and the computer and all sensors are placed in the console.
5) The door sealing strip will not stick and deform under hot and humid conditions and can be replaced.
6) Appearance coating is smooth and smooth, with uniform color tone, no exposed bottom, no foaming, no
layering.
b. Air volume system
1) Adopt automatic control, and can automatically draw the air volume - air pressure curve.
2) It can be connected to the computer system through the communication line extension, so that it has the
test control database program, which can carry out the test report and data search and historical data curve
drawing.
c. Safety and environmental protection
1) The protection terminals comply with the provisions of Article 7.1.7 of GB1497.
2) The device has protection and alarm functions such as overheating, power outage, and leakage.
