AHAM American purifier test chamber’s standard parameters
The AHAM American purifier test chamber refers to the air purifier environmental chamber that meets the ANSI/AHAM AC-1-2006 test standard. What kind of environmental chamber can meet the AHAM test standard? Below we learn about air purifier environmental chambers that meet AHAM testing standards.
The American purifier test chamber that meets AHAM generally has two materials: glass window and stainless steel chamber, as shown in the figure below, which is the design drawing of the AHAM purifier test chamber.
AHAM standard air purifier environmental chamber parameters:
The technical solution of AHAM air purifier (take stainless steel cabin as an example):
1. Vertical cuboid lacquered steel chamber, with two mirror stainless steel inner tank inside the chamber, the two mirror stainless steel inner tank are arranged up and down and have independent hatches respectively, a pollutant generator and an air source chamber are connected to the mirror stainless steel inner tank.
2. There are variable frequency fans inside the two mirror stainless steel inner tanks, the outlet of the variable frequency fans is equipped with a porous plate, and the mirror stainless steel inner tank is equipped with a sensor group and an environmental control module, the sensor group is connected to the environmental regulation module through the programmable logic controller and controls the environmental regulation module.
3. Only one of the mirror stainless steel liner is equipped with a purification material carrier.
4. The advantage of this technical solution is that through a strict software control system, the temperature, humidity, pressure and light in the chamber can quickly and accurately reach the set values, and the pollutant generating device can provide continuous and stable pollutant concentrations.
